Richard graduated from the University of Utah in Occupational Therapy in 2013 and has been providing therapy services to students in school settings ever since. He loves doing Pediatric Occupational Therapy because he gets to create interventions that are fun for kids (and him!). He believes when interventions become fun and therapy becomes play, children make rapid progress toward their goals. He also believes that progress is most rapid when students are supported at home and in the classroom as well as during OT. When he is not engaged in Occupational Therapy he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
